Detail Company Adventures invites you to join in on the finest Golden Dorado fishing program in Argentina. Nothing tops the Parana Gypsy, your floating lodge, when it comes to finding the perfect fishing experience. You'll fish the Parana river and its tributaries in the northeastern part of Argentina. The Paraná River is the second largest river in South America behind the Amazon. The fishing area is about 450 miles from Buenos Aires - just an hour and a half by flight. Dorado fishing can be wonderful from January through the end of October.  This subtropical area teems with wildlife, hundreds of birds species populate the lush vegetation along the streams we fish. At times bands of howling monkeys watch with curiosity.

We start the day after breakfast. For your convenience, guides will always have a cooler with your favorite drinks. Normally we fish until noon when we go back to the Gypsy to have lunch and a short rest in your air-conditioned state room. In the afternoon we usually fish until 7:00 pm and return to the boat for cocktails and dinner. The Paraná Gypsy is a three deck, seventy foot luxury cruiser with modern features and all the amenities of a five-star resort. The air-conditioned Gypsy has a maximum capacity of six fishermen. Meals are simple, but tasty, and will please the most discerning palates.  Of course, all of the meals come accompanied by fine wines and liqueurs.
