Boat The Nexus Explorer is a classic Amazon riverboat dedicated to taking small fishing parties
into remote areas of Brazil. Explore the Upper Nhamunda and other
 tributaries in search of
trophy-class peacocks and giant jungle catfish. The Nexus accommodates just 4-6 anglers a week, allowing for a more personalized angling adventure by an excellent staff. Though lacking some
luxuries offered by larger sportfishing operations, you certainly won't be roughing it. Amenities include beautifully refurbished air-conditioned cabins, two separate bathrooms and an
air-conditioned lounge. Its dining room serves some of the best meals the Amazon has ever seen. The Nexus' 18-foot shallow-draft fishing boats have flat bottoms
for stable stand-up fishing, with 15 hp outboards, trolling motors and swivel seats.
