Amazon Queen

Location: Amazon River Tributaries, Brazil
Type: Boat

In 1992, Amazon Tours pioneered peacock bass fishing in Brazil with the introduction of the Amazon Queen. The objective was to provide our guests with the ultimate Peacock Bass - Amazon Queeen World Record Peacockcombination of luxury and adventure. She soon became famous among international fishermen and has become the standard against which all other fishing trips are judged. Guests of the Amazon Queen have included Jimmy Houston, Roland Martin, Johnny Morris along with 2,853 other fishermen during her 12 year reign.

After 12 years of uncompromising service, the Amazon Queen has entered retirement and the reign of the new Amazon Queen II has begun. This incredible ship will once again set new standards of luxury and adventure. You will live aboard the Amazon Queen II for your entire adventure, departing each morning in a Nitro bass boat with a local guide and your fishing partner, returning each evening for a delicious dinner, a nightcap and a great night's sleep. This 103-foot, three story, floating hotel offers comfort, convenience and privacy for up to 20 passengers while accommodating a crew of 30. Her air-conditioned staterooms feature private baths (with hot water) and wide, bunk style beds. The spacious dining room seats 24. The ship features a top deck lounge/observation area, an office/gift shop and ceilings that are all 7 feet high! The Queen II is equipped with state of the art navigation equipment along with satellite communications and a 120 volt/60 cycle electrical system with U.S. style outlets. Come join us in Brazil and sail in style aboard the brand new Amazon Queen II..
