| Has anyone fished this river? Looks like we are now going there instead of the Unini. |

| i fished this river in 2003 with river plate. we were initially on a southern river which was extremely low. river plate moved the whole show to the urabaxi. no small feat. we had great success, particularly with large fish. the outfitter had to make special arrangement with the local indian villagers for access, and the access was limited and "regulated". that said the fishing was great. we also spent a half day visiting a local village. it was very interesting and worth the take. hope this is some help. neal |
