|"The World of Peacock Bass" May/June 2017 Issue is now out. This issue features the introduction of a new “Glamping” Operation located on great peacock bass waters in Colombia. PBA members will read about renovations and upgrades to some popular Brazilian floating bungalow camps in peacock bass territory. Some exciting changes are improving facilities and even operations. Members will also learn about Global Rescue's new travel insurance offerings. PBA eZine readers can learn about special discounts on a new peacock bass prop bait and other lures and gear from a long-time PBA Supporting Member that is moving and dealing! PBA readers will enjoy a feature article on an expert fly tier and the colorful designs he has developed for peacock bass and other warm water exotics.
Also, a long-time PBA Supporting Member outfitter is having a contest that will award one of his clients a free trip to any of his various operations in South America. There is breaking information about an Amazon outfitter's newly-secured fishing rights on a jungle watershed un-fished for several years. Also, a dorado expert weighs in on the new La Zona regulations and restrictions and the monsters that now await those that chase "gold". In our mailbag this month, members will read about another new topwater hard bait just introduced that should be very productive on peacocks. There is also news of a great peacock bass lure that has been highly successful in South Florida butterflies. We also have another new Supporting Member to introduce to our membership.
