Just returned from Rio Caures. Fished Oct. 15-21. Water levels were VERY low & dropping VERY fast. Only had some rain on one day. River was mostly dirty but you could find clean water in lagoons. Fishing results were good. Group (8) caught 1200+ PB's. 1 x 20 lb. and probably 40+ teeners. Have never personally seen the Caures that low. Definitely need rain soon.
Returning for a trip on the Blackwater Explorer (11/13-11/20). Really looking forward to that one. Good luck to all with your upcoming trips.

Wilson, I was just saying to Brad that I'd never seen it so low!
Was great to meet you.
I'm more and more convinced looking at the photos that mine was a 20 as well, and that the bogas need calibrating Laughing
