|"The World of Peacock Bass" May-June '15 Issue is now out and this issue features just announced breaking news on route changes at TAM airlines that could very well affect Amazon-visiting anglers on their next trip. Also, you'll find an article about what is perhaps the very best Christmas present ever offered for many youngsters. Members will learn how the strong U.S. dollar has led to some of the lowest Amazon pricing of trips in many years and an outfitter who wants to pass that along to his customers in special pricing discounts. PBA members also can learn of personal customized fishing tours at a South American nature resort. You'll also find a new opinion piece and peacock bass resource information from a fly fishing expert and advocate. The new focus on peacock by some outfitters and media may surprize some long-time Amazon anglers.
PBA members will also find Part 3 of our "Trials of Exploring Jungle Waters" series. For those that chase giant peacock bass, there are also articles on a new potential IGFA world record peaock caught on a light tippet and on what looks like could be a picture of the biggest peacock bass ever caught. What do you think? There is also an article on one of our members angling in giant "Lau Lau" land. In our mailbag this month, you will read about an how some lure manufacturers are offering unique lure colors in tackle stores abroad but are not on U.S. store shelves! Additionally, there is information on the expansion of the Brazil Sport Fishing Show and on some great (lower) voice rate changes offered by OneSimCard Plus. All members will also have access to CLUB CONCIERGE, as usual. Enjoy!
