|"The World of Peacock Bass" October '14 Issue is now out. This issue features outfitter information about two new monthly big catch contests, one for Amazon peacock bass trophies and the other for south of the border largemouth bass. Members will also learn the results (winners and awards) of an online free Amazon Trip Contest that another outfitter held recently. There is also news about some great Brazilian lures for peacock bass that are taking on the U.S. markets with success due to their productivity and record-catching in the Amazon Basin. PBA members will read about a giant Amazon fish that is under great stress currently throughout the region.
You may be saddened also by the news of expedited TSA screening that may be coming to an end for some US travelers (I've got my fingers crossed). PBA members will also find information on a new small boat Rio Negro fishing operation that has just renovated their craft to serve a group of 4 to 8 anglers only. There is additional information on a "smile-starter" fauna that always works in the jungle and an article on getting the best foreign exchange rate when you are traveling out of the country. In our mailbag this month, you will read about a new Digital Photo Service offered by our recommended Visa/Passport expediter to speed along the visa process. All members will also have access to CLUB CONCIERGE, as usual. Enjoy!
