|"The World of Peacock Bass" January '14 Issue has been out for over 3 weeks and you PBA members know that. I apologize for forgetting to keep our non-member readers of this forum up to date on the topics we covered. This issue features an interesting article on a new Araca Fly-In Safari Camp option from one of our Supporting Members. PBA members might enjoy an article taking a nostalgic look back at PBA's history. Readers will find information on the dangers of Venezuela travel from our state department and on the passing of an experienced Amazon captain. Our PBA members will also find information on an outfitters participation in several US Fishing Shows and on a longtime Agent/Outfitter that is moving on to a new/old position.
Readers interested in knowing more about getting your tackle up to snuff will enjoy an article on that topic. Our members will also learn of a Brazilian outfitter that is featured in a River Monsters television show in early 2014. In our "mailbag", avid anglers should also read about Brazil's Technical Assistance visas and about a "Wining" outfitter philosophy for the Amazon. Readers will also learn the answer to a PBA Christmas card photo question from one of our members. All members will also have access to CLUB CONCIERGE, as usual. Enjoy!
Non-members of PBA: Don't forget, you can review a free sample PAST issue of our award-winning Newsletter/eZine by visiting http://www.peacockbassassociation.com/html/guest_reg.html and registering as a guest.
