Beyond simple hook swaps to make the chopper float evenly (not tail down), I do not know how to tune the prop. Do you simply bend it up or down? Which way for what effect? Before I go screwing up one of my lures, I thought I'd ask the experts :)

Art: I constantly bent the prop ends to make a "swoosh" swoosh" sound. I liked it when they kicked up some water and made the sound above. Also I exchanged different type of props on similar extra woodchoppers--some with large pitch like on woodchoppers and others with small pitch like on bass agitators and giant Jerk N Sams. Also bought a prop kit from Luhr Jensen years ago. It came with some longer type screws to allow double props to be attached to the woodchopper lures.
Constantly experiment as I am convinced peacocks get very smart to the same old prop sound day in and out. Just the slightest adjustment can really turn them on!
Good luck
