|"The World of Peacock Bass" August '12 Issue is now out. This issue features 2 articles on upcoming 2013 tackle that was introduced at ICAST, the internation trade show in Orlando where industry companies exhibited their new offerings to wholesale buyers and media in mid-July. There is a great new reel out from one manufacturer and a great rod introduced from another that may inspire peacock anglers. There are also new soft goods, reel bags, roller duffles and boat shoes that PBA members will love. Readers will also find an expert's commentary on multi-lure presentations for peacocks interesting reading. PBA members will also find an article on the changes, good and bad, at American Airlines and a tip for those flying to the Amazon this fall or winter.
Our readers will profit further from information about TSA new rules on alternative screening processes for older and younger travelers. PBA members should note the articles on visa processing delays at some Brazilian consulates and a new staff host aboard one of the Amazon sportfishing yachts. In our "mailbag", avid anglers should also read about a new airline alliance that has officially formed and a South American airline that just bit the dust. PBA members will also read email info on water level reports from the Amazon Basin and on a new Brazil Visa processing fee change. All members will also have access to CLUB CONCIERGE, as usual.
