Curado 200E7 only holds 80 yd of the 65lb is this a problem?

These are the newer green ones. My older Curado is the silver reel and it only held 60 yards of the 80 lbs. Is this going to be a problem or should I buy the 300?
What brand of 65lb are you using?

Not all braid is of same diameter.

Also, a white line packs on more yards than colored.

There are quite a few fans of the 300 Curados here on this forum ... I like the smaller reels, but have to get tricky to get more line capacity (i.e. using 65 or 80lb hollow core line and splice in 40lb backing to base of reel).

Now, 80 yards is a bit sketchy, but you are right there at the minimum ... try to get a solution to get you up to 90+.
