The new SLevad line of bucktail jigs are now available @ HookMup.

At this time 7 colors are available. The teasers are attached with coated steel wire for extra durability, and the eyes are painted red.
Available in 6" and 8" lengths
Ultra-Sharp Gamakatsu 4/0 and 5/0 heavy ( 604 ) hooks are standard.

With so many of you expanding your arsenals to include more
sub-surface lures, this is one to take a serious look at.

I also have an assorted bunch to take down. These really are nice. A fly fisherman friend says they remind him of the big streamers he uses in the Amazon. Well priced too.

Greg - thanks for working with Steve on the configurations. I can't wait to try them out. Going down the day after Thanksgiving.

Couple of quick suggestions, remembering to stay within the new weight limits . . . Have a great and safe trip. Glad your well enough to go.
the throw-away ( cheap ) rain ponchos not only work well, but are a nice
thought to leave for the guides and not have to worry about bringing them home. hard sugar free candy for the camp host to distribute is one
other good inexensive gift item that will be greatly appreciated too.
years ago Greg posted about the clothes drier ( Bounce ) sheets pinned to
a shirt for bug repellent. works great, cheap, easy to pack too. NO aerosol
is permitted on flights for other repellents. Since it is " black water " there
are virtually no mosquitos, but during heat breaks under the overhanging trees, other flying creatures were repelled well with these sheets.
prior discussion with your anglers and decide on 1 or 2 cameras other than everyone having one, also saves on weight/space. My waterproof
( Bass Pro Shops )bag was a great boat investment for the sometimes daily rain showers.
